CANVAS WALL ART OVERSIZED SHIPPING
Canvas Wall Art can only be shipped to U.S. addresses. Your canvas print order will ship directly from a trusted partner here in San Diego, and will be sent separately from other items in your order. Each canvas print is made just for you - please allow an extra 3–4 business days prior to shipping for its creation. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the oversized nature of the canvas prints, shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will take a minimum of 10–30 days.
FREE SHIPPING OFFER
Free standard ground shipping is valid on orders of $60 or more, after promotions and discounts are applied. Available only to shipments in the United States. Sales taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. Free Shipping offer is not valid on in-store purchases at the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park, nor on bulk orders or special orders. To learn more, please click here.
SECURE SHIPPING
Please provide the most secure address for delivery as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your residence isn't secure, please consider an alternate shipping address, such as your workplace or with a friend or relative. Pay attention to order notification emails and add ShopZoo@sdzwa.org to your email provider's safe sender list to ensure the notifications don't go to your spam folder. We send an "Out for delivery" email once your package is on its way to your shipping address. Packages shipped within the continental US should arrive within 1 week. If it has been longer than a week, and your order has yet to arrive, please check your email for delivery confirmation and immediately contact us here for next steps.
CAN'T FIND YOUR PACKAGE?
This happens sometimes. The first thing to do is open your delivery confirmation email and click on the tracking number to confirm where your package was delivered. Smaller packages with 1-2 items are usually delivered directly to your mailbox or parcel locker. Next thing to do is check the bushes, front and back porches, and other possible delivery spots, such as with your neighbors.
If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us here immediately, and we will submit a USPS search request on your behalf. We appreciate your patience as the USPS investigation will take approximately 1 week to complete.
Only if USPS confirms your package was misdelivered, lost, or damaged in transit, will we send you a replacement order, and then file a claim with USPS to recoup our loss.
PLEASE NOTE: USPS is responsible for your package when it ships from our warehouse. As soon as your package is marked as "Delivered" by the mail carrier, it is the responsibility of the recipient to retrieve and secure it. Additionally, once your package is scanned as delivered, neither USPS nor we, the retailer, are responsible for package theft.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping is available to over 40 shipping zones throughout the world. Customer is responsible for any and all Duty Charges at time of delivery. ShopZoo is not responsible for international orders that are "UNCLAIMED" and returned to us by your country's customs office. Please remember that international shipping does take longer, based on USPS timelines. Send us a message to add your country, if needed.
