Orders with a paid shipping charge are sent via USPS Priority Mail.

We ship to PO box or APO/FPO box's via USPS.

Once your package is shipped, the USPS is responsible for your package.

ShopZoo is not responsible for delays with shipping once your order has left our facility.

ShopZoo is not responsible for orders marked "Delivered" by the Post Office. You will need to check with your local Post Office and/or Postal Carrier to obtain information regarding your package.


Please provide the most secure address for delivery as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your residence isn't secure, please consider an alternate shipping address, such as your workplace or with a friend or relative. Pay attention to order notification emails and add ShopZoo@sdzwa.org to your email provider's safe sender list to ensure the notifications don't go to your spam folder. We send an "Out for delivery" email once your package is on its way to your shipping address. Packages shipped within the continental US should arrive within 1-week. If it has been longer than a week, and your order has yet to arrive, please check your email for delivery confirmation and immediately contact your local post office.


This happens sometimes. The first thing to do is open your delivery confirmation email and click on the tracking number to confirm where your package was delivered. Smaller packages with 1-2 items are usually delivered directly to your mailbox or parcel locker. Next thing to do is check the bushes, front and back porches, and other possible delivery spots such as with your neighbors. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact or visit your local post office immediately and provide them with the tracking number on your delivery confirmation email.

If USPS confirms your package was mis-delivered, lost, or damaged, ask them for a "Service Request Number" and email us at ShopZoo@sdzwa.org to provide us with that number. Once we are provided the "Service Request Number," we will make arrangements to send you a duplicate order or process a refund. But in these instances, we like to request an alternate shipping address, such as a place of work, to help ensure the package will be received the second time around.

Please note that once your package is shipped, the USPS is responsible for your package. And soon as your package is marked as "Delivered" by the mail carrier, it is the responsibility of the recipient to retrieve and secure it.


International Shipping is available to over 40 shipping zones throughout the world. Customer is responsible for any and all Duty Charges at time of delivery. ShopZoo is not responsible for international orders that are "UNCLAIMED" and returned to us by your country's customs office. Please remember that international shipping does take longer, based on USPS timelines. Free standard ground shipping is valid on orders of $50 or more, after promotions and discounts are applied. Available only to shipments in the United States. Sales taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. Free Shipping offer not valid on in-store purchases at the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park nor on Special Orders. We do not profit from shipping. Your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing and your package's destination.
